Kick off our reunion with a warm welcome as family members arrive! Reconnect with relatives, enjoy refreshments, share stories, and set the tone for our celebration. Name tags will be provided to help our youngest and newest family members connect faces with names.

Take this time to take a tour around the island, visit family members, and shop. There are plenty of attractions for you to choose, from ziplining to eco tours to self-guided buggy tours. Time: After Meet & Greet
Friday, July 24: Honoring Our Legacy
Semi-Formal Dinner and Appreciation Program
Time: 5:30 - 9:30 PM
Cost: $150.00/pp
Location: Villa Botanica, Crown and Hawk
Dress elegantly for our family dinner and special program honoring those who have preserved our family's legacy. We'll recognize our elders, celebrate achievements, and share the rich history of the Amaro Navarro family. The evening will include a dinner, presentations, and entertainment.

Cemetery Visit

Location: Western Cemetery #3
We will be visiting Papa Silverio and Mama Lucia and other family’s grave site. During this visit, we’ll be cleaning, painting, and repairing the tombs.

Tour around Tortola and experience the beauty of the island with a guided tour of Tortola’s most significant landmarks and scenic spots. This journey will take you through historic sites before ending at Cane Garden Bay beach. There, we'll enjoy lunch and ocean waves as our backdrop. Don't forget your swimwear, sunscreen, and camera!
For those opting not to take the tour, the arrival dock is in short-walking distance to where we’re having our activity. You may take a taxi ($20 RT) if walking is not for you.

Here we will be enjoying delicious Tolian food! De Wedding is owned by our own family, Ellis. We will be visiting our family’s renown cane rum distillery and the family who currently manages it’s brewing and distribution. During this visit we will also be remembering our late cousin Elena J. Amaro-Hodge with a casting ceremony where we will be spreading her ashes.
Sunday, July 26: Faith and Relaxation

Join us for a special church service as we give thanks for our family blessings. Let’s gather to give thanks for our family and for our blessings. Following is our beach day and farewell.

We'll conclude our reunion with a beautiful day at the beach. There will be lots of activities, contests, tournaments, etc. We will say our farewells and heartfelt goodbyes until we meet again. This will be a time to exchange contact infor-mation, share memories from the weekend, and strengthen the bonds that will keep us connected until our next gathering.
A per-person entry fee and a per-vehicle parking fee must be paid upon arrival at Magens Bay.. The rates are different for residents and non-residents/visitors. We kindly request everyone to comply honestly with the port authority’s rules and pay the appropriate rate to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
